Meet Sunny.

The handsome 12-year-old rescue cat loves to sunbathe, hence his name, but he has another love that is a little more peculiar. Sunny loves to cuddle with fresh strawberries. He rubs his head against the fruit, and it is his favorite activity. Since he enjoys it so much, he receives a strawberry every Saturday to snuggle with.

His parents decided to share Sunny with the world through TikTok (@3_little_bois). Sunny was adopted along with his surrogate son, a kitten named Yang. The two bonded boys live in a home with their bunny brother called Montey, who is the boss.

Sunny is described as a playful cat who loves to cuddle but at times can be “a bit naughty”. Apparently, he is close with Montey, who also loves strawberries.

A short clip of Sunny snuggling with strawberries has gone viral on TikTok. People cannot believe how gentle he is with the fruit and urge his owners to give him one every day.

No one knows why Sunny loves strawberries so much, including his parents.

A fellow cat owner commented, “Lol cats are amazingly weird!!! My best girl would sit on peaches 🍑 or round potatoes 🥔 like a brooding hen 🤦🏼‍♀️I don’t know why I never had chickens”. Another viewer captioned it perfectly, “so this is love”.

Sunny, Yang, and Montey are loved just the way they are, and their parents encourage other people to adopt. “Rescuing cats from shelters and giving them a loving home is the way to go!”
