Curious Parrot Plays Peek-A-Boo With Traffic Camera

A traffic camera in Brazil captured the adorable moment a wild parrot decided to play “Peek-A-Boo” with the lens.

The parrot was later identified as a turquoise-fronted Amazon.

According to the World Parrot Trust, turquoise-fronted Amazon parrots are native to Brazil and are considered “near threanted” due to habitat loss and the exotic bird trade.

Despite the challenges the parrots face, they manage to maintain their curious nature and playfulness.

The parrot in the video isn’t the only bird that’s taken a liking to the traffic cameras. The company has managed to capture other birds on video as well, including a streaked flycatcher and a canary!
