Outdoor Kitty Makes the Switch to Indoor Life & Doesn’t Care to Look Back

Ham has a predicament and he needs your help. You see, while Ham is only 3 years old, this handsome, friendly boy was found living outdoors but quickly showed interest in the luxury of being indoors only and accepted human affection right away. He now loves being held and patted and he even accepts belly rubs, but very much on his own terms.

Ham very much enjoys crunchy snacks, watching tv, and playing with crinkle toys now as well. What it amounts to is that Ham is now a spoiled boy (as he should be) who needs a forever home, as there’s no going back since he’s discovered the good life. And make no mistake, he will make a great companion to his lucky new family!

Adoptable Cats

Ham is currently being fostered by some kind soul through the Southern Arizona Cat Rescue in Tucson. He’s said to tolerate dogs and other cats but may take some time to adapt, understandably, with proper introductions. He could also learn to adapt to kids if the opportunity ever arose, so there’s that for pluses, too, if you have children at home or grandkids that visit frequently.

Tabby Breed

Ham is listed as a large fella who is neutered, current on all vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He’s also house-trained and has no special needs. As a tabby, he might require some seasonal brushing and they can tend toward being greedy eaters that turn into chonks if allowed, but he’s a darling boy that will instantly light up your life.
