But for one man who was out hiking in the mountains of Scotland, he got treated to a rather incredible natural sight. There was an old, dried-up river bed that had started pouring out fresh water!

The new spring was absolutely gushing thousands of liters of water. It was one of those rare, once-in-a-lifetime moments that not everyone gets to see.

Naturally, he had to get out his camera and take it all in. It was such a good thing too, as he was able to dip his camera down into the water and give viewers an underwater view of the riverbed, which was just incredible.

As the man explained to ViralHog, “You can see it’s new as the water hasn’t washed the grass away yet. I even put the camera under water so you can see the sand moving and the water is coming straight up out of the earth.”
