Kind Family Unknowingly Help Famous Musician In Toronto
It doesn’t take any effort to be nice to someone. Even just a small gesture will be enough to make someone’s day a little nicer.
In fact, earlier today I was getting a coffee at my favorite coffee shop when I accidentally spilled my vanilla latte all over the table. A really nice stranger offered up their extra napkin to me, and it was such a sweet gesture. I felt less embarrassed about having made a mess in public. It really doesn’t take much to make someone else happy.

One celebrity shared his experience on Instagram after he was on the receiving end of someone’s kind gesture. Kevin Cronin, who is the lead vocalist for REO Speedwagon, was in Toronto for a gig.
He was set to perform at Budweiser Stage alongside Styx. However, prior to his performance, he was doing a little bit of sightseeing, and part of that meant renting a bike. However, he was finding some difficultly in renting a bike, and that is when some very friendly people stepped in to help.

As he shared on his Instagram, “While I was attempting (unsuccessfully) to rent a bicycle from a kiosk here in Toronto this afternoon, a super-friendly family went out of their way, and offered me one of their rental bikes.”
“They refused to take no for an answer, nor would they accept any token of my appreciation… including free concert tickets for Tuesday night,” he added.
Most people would probably assume that the people were only being nice because of his celebrity status, but that was apparently not the case. In fact, Cronin said the family did not recognize him, and were “simply being nice”. “We all need reaffirmation of the intrinsic kindness in human nature, and I got my daily reminded today in Toronto,” Cronin concluded.
