Airline Worker Gives Emotional Speech To Thank Favorite Teacher Over Plane Intercom
Teachers have a very important job and not only teach their students the classes they need in school, but they also help shape them into the adults they become in the future.
There is always that one teacher that was a big part of our life and one who we will never forget.
For Lora Caruso, that teacher is Miss O’Connell.

It had been more than 30 years since Caruso last had her as a teacher in high school, but through the years, she’s never forgotten her and has her to thank for many of her accomplishments.
Caruso is now an airline employee for WestJet, and on National Teacher’s Day, she just happened to have Miss O’Connell as a passenger on her flight.
Caruso became very emotional when she saw her old English and music teacher and decided to give her a shout-out over the intercom.

“This lady made me love Shakespeare, got me to play piano. I have my master’s in piano and I can write an essay. Thank you, Miss O’Connell. I love you!” she said out loud.
She then ran down the aisle and reunited with her favorite teacher.
“You made my day today!” O’Connell said to her. “You made my life! I love you,” Caruso said. “I love you, too!” O’Connell replied.

Caruso says the two of them cried in what was a very emotional moment for the both of them.
She told Inside Edition that she was in shock when she saw her on her flight because she’s saved her from so much.
