Generous Dog Shares Dinner With His Favorite Toy Mouse

Like I’ve said before, not all dogs go ham and shred their stuffed toys. Some can be rather sweet and caring towards their toys.

In fact, there is one small dog who actually brings her stuffed mouse everywhere with her, including dinner!

In a rather adorable YouTube video, the dog can be seen eating her dinner at her dinner bowl. The only thing is, she’s got her stuffed toy right by her side.

If that’s not adorable enough, what she does immediately after, is just heart-melting. She pauses to lift up her toy mouse in order for it to “eat” as well! How precious is that?

This dog’s family lives in Las Palmas, Spain. They have noticed their dog’s habit of doing this. So one day, when she was having her dinner, they took it as the perfect opportunity to film her and catch her in the act.

As they shared with ViralHog, “Knowing that my dog always takes her mouse with her when she goes to eat, I thought of recording her.”

Needless to say, the viewers who saw the video were impressed by just how sweet and thoughtful this dog was to allow her toy a chance to eat as well.

One person commented, “Oh my goodness this was the cutest thing. How adorable is she putting her mouse up against her food bowl to eat with her.”

Another commentator wrote, “She is just darling sharing her meal with her little mouse.”

And a third viewer added, “Now that is the sweetest thing ever. She is so caring and knows how to share.”

However, not all the video’s viewers were convinced that this dog was motivated by altruism. One person wrote, “I’d say she just doesn’t want anyone else to touch her toy while she eats! My goofy dog puts his ball in his food bowl while he eats from it.”

Either way, even if it’s not what we think it is, it’s still a pretty darn cute video to watch regardless.
