Mom Finally Figures Out Why Dog Was Barking At Window All Night

We bring dogs into our homes for a lot of reasons and for some of us, having the extra security they add is a big bonus. Dogs are great at alerting their owners to intruders so it’s important to listen when they bark – especially if they’re barking is out of the ordinary.

When Christina Bingman’s dog, Alexa, started barking at the window one night, Bingman was understandably confused and a little concerned.

According to The Dodo, Bingman immediately went outside to check on her family’s chickens but when she found them perfectly safe, she did a walk around of the yard.

Alexa continued to bark, prompting Bingman to get up and look around outside, hoping to find the source of the big Newfie’s uneasiness.

Bingman, who goes by @ctinab2 on TikTok, shared a video of the situation with the caption, “makes sense now lmao ignore my dirty windows omg.”

She added in the text overlay, “I haven’t laughed this hard in a while.”

When she finally figured out what her pup had been barking at, she couldn’t stop laughing. It all made sense, but it wasn’t at all what Bingman expected.
