Courageous Cat Gets His Very Own Ski Pass To Hit The Slopes

There is something to be said about being in the great outdoors. It’s very liberating and fun to go outside and be in nature, and there is one cat that is definitely living his best life with his two humans.

In fact, this adorable little orange cat is up for all kinds of adventures with his family, such as going hiking, canoeing, biking, and skiing, as well as plenty of other outdoor sports. The little cat is such an adventurer, that he even has his very own ski pass!

How adorable is that? This feline really is living his best life. The cat is named Liebchen, and he lives in Aspen, Colorado with his two humans, Erin and Dan. The three of them are always going somewhere and doing something new together.

Liebchen has his own Instagram, where his life is described as, “I am an adventure cat based in Aspen, Colorado! I love to ski, hike, bike, camp, paddle, and travel everywhere with my pawrents. … Road trips, hiking trips, staying in hotels, boat riding, snowmobiling, paddling, flying in airplanes- all of it, we’ve been trying it, and so far, I love it all.”

According to The Dodo, both Erin and Dan first adopted the adorable Liebchen when he was just 10 weeks old. But shortly after adoption, they learned that their little kitten had a heart murmur. They were naturally concerned about his condition, but Liebchen didn’t let it slow him down.

In fact, he would often try to climb up on the screen door in order to try and get outside. Eventually, the vet gave the couple the all-clear so long as they put him on a leash. Needless to say, Liebchen was delighted to be outside.

The cat’s social media said, “My parents started leash and harness training me when I was a tiny kitten. Soon after, they found out that I have a heart murmur- but that hasn’t stopped me. I have since gone everywhere with them.”
