Sweet Pittie Is Obsessed With Swimming In His Family’s Pool

A sweet pitbull can’t get enough of the water and he now has an entire pool to swim in!

The dog, Cangri, lives in Ft. Pierce, Florida with his owner, Ana, and her partner.

Not long after welcoming Cangri into her life, Ana began to realize just how much he loved the water.

In an interview with The Dodo, Ana explained, “We decided to get him a kiddie pool and quickly realized how much he liked splashing in the water!”

While the kiddie pool was all fun and games, it wasn’t anything compared to his next pool. When Ana and her family moved homes, their new place had a large outdoor pool in the backyard. The inground pool was massive compared to the little kiddie pool that Cangri was used to and the sweet pup could hardly contain his excitement!

Ana said that the pool quickly became a “major obsession” for the dog. He loved diving in and swimming around. His owners made sure he was always properly fitted with a canine life vest so he wouldn’t sink and could safely swim in the deep end.

He was so into the water that he earned the nickname “little dog shark.” How cute!

Ana and her partner also have a second dog in their family: Khaleesi.

Khaleesi didn’t share Cangri’s love of the water, so he got to keep the pool all to himself. They still enjoy playing together and bonding, but not over swimming or water play.
