Famers Look Outside And See Tiny Beaver Herding 150 Cows By Itself
You never know when you’re going to be put in a situation where you will have to take the lead. You may not have been expecting it and perhaps you don’t even feel qualified, but suddenly you are out in front with many people following.
It seems as if a strange situation happened that showed the truthfulness of that possibility. It took place in Saskatchewan, and rancher Adrienne Ivey was able to capture what happened in a video.

When posting the video to Facebook, she gave it the caption: “How do we move 150 heifers in Canada?” You then get the opportunity to see what was happening, a small beaver was out in front, leading a herd of cattle through the field.
It happened one day and Aaron, her husband, was out looking in all the cattle and discovered what the beaver was doing.

That beaver was quite adept at leading the cows, and it must’ve been quite a sight to see. Since they had never seen it before, the couple thought that there were others who hadn’t seen it so they shared the video with the world.
In the video, you can see the beaver moving and the cows following closely behind him. When he stops, they stop.

Perhaps Adrienne explained it best when she said that the herd of young heifers were basically teenagers. She said they were curious and they just were fixated on this beaver that was taking the lead.
Adrienne knew that the video would go viral when they uploaded it. She said: “We talk about how awesome our Canadian beef is, but a beaver leading cattle around? It’s the most Canadian thing ever!”
